Tom Karol is currently the chairman of Cornerstone Automation Systems, LLC.  Cornerstone designs and manufactures custom automation systems for various manufacturing and warehouse customers. The company has a robust platform which includes proprietary software.  Mr. Karol’s company, Warrior Creek, in conjunction with a private equity sponsor bought a controlling interest in Cornerstone.  Warrior Creek, did the acquisition analysis, developed the strategy and business plan, prioritized initiatives, developed new organization, commissioned market study and developed return models. As chairman, he oversees the investments and has developed a plan to optimize the company for best return to shareholders.

Mr. Karol currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hail Merry, LLC, Greendeck Products, LLC, and The Bridge.

He served as the former chairman of Chairman Bradco Supply, Inc., ElkCorp, Dallas Housing Authority and served on the Board of March of Dimes of North Texas and Information Retrieval Systems and Advisory board member for Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity’s Dream Dallas.
