Kathleen Iannone

Program Coordinator

Kathleen Iannone joined Allies in Service in October 2014 as Program Coordinator. In this role, she manages the daily operations of employment programs including job fair support, resume processing,  job referrals/leads, and mock interviews. She is also responsible for managing special projects and departmental activities.

Before joining Allies, Kathleen served a combined 13 years Active and Reserve Duty in the Navy as an electrician. During her enlistment, she earned the National Defense Service Medal for Operations Desert Shield/Storm. She started her civilian career with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, specializing in credentialing, provider relations, and network management.  Kathleen and her husband, John, relocated to Dallas, Texas in 2012. She immediately utilized the services of Allies to assist her with obtaining employment. The relationship continued and led to her selection as a member of the Allies team.

Kathleen has dedicated over 20 years of community service with various community agencies and churches.  As a veteran, military spouse, and caregiver, she is empathetic to the transition from military to civilian life.

Kathleen studied at Southern Illinois University, with a focus in Workforce Education and Development. She is Lean Six Sigma certified and has completed training for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
