Sheri Kahler is a Human Resource Management professional who honorably served her country as a Nondestructive Inspection Craftsman in the United States Air Force. During that time, she supervised a team of 12 employees responsible for aircraft safety inspections. Shari has a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Texas.

- Quality Control Analysis - Performed inspections of aircraft valued at over $10 Million each and their parts using all methods of nondestructive testing to evaluate quality or performance
- Risk Prevention – Interpreted the results of all methods of non-destructive testing (NDT), such as acoustic emission, electromagnetic, leak, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, neutron radiographic, radiographic, thermal or infrared, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, and visual testing
- Defect Detection – Used radiographic images to map the presence detect critical imperfections in aircrafts reduction aircraft maintenance periods by over 50% while preventing catastrophes
